DNA Methylation Detection Kit
由 BioChain 公司所開發的「DNA Methylation Detection Kit」是針對偵測 Genomic DNA 甲基化程度所設計的便利試劑組，可於三小時內完成亞硫酸鹽處理步驟。
亞硫酸鹽 (bisulfite, NaHSO3) 具有能夠將 CpG 裡的 Cytosine 轉變為 Uracil（使得原本兩股互補的 DNA 序列形成無法互補配對的單股序列），以及將 mCpG 裡的 5-Methyl Cytosine 轉變為 Cytosine 的特性（可維持原本兩股互補配對狀態）。經亞硫酸鹽處理過的 Genomic DNA 樣本可透過甲基化專一性 PCR (Methylation Specific PCR, MSP)、定序或微陣列晶片…等方式，測得 Genomic DNA 的甲基化程度。

Alpha for DNA Methylation Assays

Alpha DNMT1 Assay 偵測原理與範例數據
Alpha 技術主要包含有兩個核心試劑，分別是 Donor bead 與 Acceptor bead。在進行反應時，僅需藉由特定的分子結合將兩者拉近，即可在 680 nm 雷射光激發下發出 615 nm (AlphaLISA acceptor bead) 或 520-620 nm (AlphaScreen acceptor bead) 的螢光訊號。以 DNMT1 酵素活性分析實驗來說，準備下列試劑即可進行實驗。
