CellCarrier plates help return clear, accurate images and data, every time. Confocal images acquired on the Opera High Content Screening System with HepG2 cells using 20X water immersion objective and 384-well CellCarrier plates. Hoechst stained nuclei (green) and MitoTracker® Deep Red stained mitochondria (red) show significant changes of mitochondrial signal and loss of cells for all treatments.
