  • 操作容易迅速,約 90 秒內即可完成凝膠化反應 (gelation)。

  • 使用者可根據實驗需求,自行在 3D 培養基上接上感興趣的分子,譬如 RGD peptide 或是特定蛋白 (分子濃度最高可達到 5 mmol/L)。

  • 可自行調整膠體的堅硬度/柔軟度 (stiffness)。

  • 成分組成透明清楚 (defined composition),非動物來源。

  • 應用實驗包含:3D 細胞培養、Epithelial cyst, Spheroid 與 Colony 生成試驗、細胞遷移試驗 (migration)、細胞侵犯能力試驗 (invasion)。

  1. Polymer, buffer and peptide are mixed and incubated to covalently attach the peptide to the maleimide polymer.
  2. A cell suspension is added to the peptide-polymer conjugate solution.
  3. Cells and the peptide-conjugated polymer are mixed with crosslinker for gel formation and placed on a culture dish. After the gel is formed, culture medium is added and the culture dish is placed in an
    incubator for cell cultivation (not shown).
