產品介紹

Protein Assay Kit根據Bradford原理所設計，其蛋白質染劑可與蛋白質結合形成藍色複合物，並可於595nm測得此複合物之吸光值。藉由比對BSA標準品所形成的定量標準曲線，即可換算出待測樣品的蛋白質濃度。
