ProxPRESSION Biomarker Manual (HT) Enrichment Kit
可有效萃取出血液樣本中與攜帶蛋白質(carrier protein,
例如: albumin或acid protein)結合的 biomarkers
 
原　　理：
 利用專利設計的親和性管柱與血液樣本中的攜帶蛋白結合，再以 elution buffer 洗提出結合於攜帶蛋白上的 biomarker，搭配 mass spectrometry 分析技術，即可快速偵測出血液中與攜帶蛋白結合的 biomarker。

實驗流程：
樣本澄清 -> 攜帶蛋白親和性結合反應 -> 洗提出結合在攜帶蛋白上的 biomarker -> Mass 分析

現有兩種 kit, 可選擇去除白蛋白(albumin)或酸性蛋白質(acid protein), 各有兩種包裝
(管式: 10個樣本/盤式: 96個樣本), 另外還有MALDI校正套組
