　特性：
　•可純化單株(Monoclone)及多株(Polyclone)抗體，純化產量高及純化效率佳
　•非一般的Sephrose基質，為玻璃珠材質，可耐高壓，高流速且適合各種酸鹼值溶液，溶液耐受性高
　•亦可適用於immunoprecipitate實驗，分離效果佳，離心過程不容易碎裂
　•可搭配FPLC或僅用離心方式使用且重複使用次數高
　•另有試劑套組包含所有試劑，方便使用，60分鐘可做完抗體純化

　The capacity of PROSEP-A High Capacity for
　various polyclonal antibodies. Polyclonal antibodies
　were adsorbed from PBS pH 7.4 and eluted with
　0.1M glycine/HCl pH 3.5-2.2

 　Maximum capacities of PROSEP-A High Capacity
　for various monoclonal antibodies and
　immunoglobulin fusion proteins. Capacities were
　determined using optimized conditions.

　Spin Column ReusePurification of MAbs
　
　單株抗體(mouse IgG)利用PROSEP-A純化 樣品來自腹水
　(Lane 1: unpurified ascites. Lane 2: flow-through ascites.
　Lane 3: wash flow-through. Lane 4: 5 μg purified antibody.)

　利用Protein-A 純化之再現性：
　重複使用多次也不會影響Prosep-A之結合能力
